IMPORTANT!Clearwater Little League's boundary map includes residents of the City of Clearwater as well as those situated in unincorporated counties.
City of Clearwater residents can obtain a
resident recreation card by completing an application and showing two proofs of residency (utility bill, voter registration card, tax receipt or rent slip).
Non-resident recreation cards are for people living outside Clearwater city limits (in unincorporated counties) who do not pay Clearwater property taxes.
1. Resident Recreation Card ($7 + tax)
- This card is valid at all recreation centers and participation in youth co-sponsored organizations.
- Valid for city of Clearwater residents and employees only.
- Proof of residency will be required at the time of purchase.
- Card must be purchased by the parent/guardian of the participant (coaches/board members/other parents may not purchase cards for children that do not live in their household or are legal guardians with documentation).
2. Non-Resident Youth Non-Competitive Sports Card ($120 + tax)
- This card is valid for participation in youth co-sponsored sports organizations only.
- Not valid for use of Rec Center amenities.
- Card must be purchased by the parent/guardian of the participant (coaches/board members/other parents may not purchase card for children that do not live in their household or are legal guardians with documentation).
3. Non-Resident Youth Non-Competitive Sports Card- FAMILY ($180+ tax)
- A family card is available for a non-resident household with multiple children participating in our program.
- Proof of guardianship required.
- Card must be purchased by the parent/guardian of the participants (coaches/board members/other parents may not purchase cards for children that do not live in their household or are legal guardians with documentation).

Players are not considered fully registered until the
Rec Card Form is completed and the fee is paid to the City of Clearwater. Please visit the Countryside Recreation Center in-person to submit your form and make your payment.
