2025 Clearwater Little League Fall Season 

We’re excited to kick off another great season at Clearwater Little League (CWLL)! Registration for the 2025 Fall Season opens on July 1, 2025 and ends on August 3rd, 2025.

Premier Playing Experience Starts Here.

Clearwater Little League, a community institution the last seventy years, provides youth baseball and softball programs for kids 4 to 16 years of age. Our adaptive Challenger baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges is for players of all ages. Use Little League International’s age charts for baseball, softball and challengers before getting registration underway.

Fundraising Makes the Difference.

Clearwater Little League depends on the support of our community to keep our league thriving! Registration fees  cover less than half of the cost of running our league. We depend on corporate, community and family generosity. To bridge the gap consider giving by:

• advertising your business with a banner on one or more of our seven fields,

• sponsoring a team for the season, or

• becoming a league supporter with an annual donation.

Volunteers Power this League

We need your help! Volunteering in our concession stand during games helps to bridge the gap between registration fees and the operational expenses of the league. Your participation supports the league and helps us generate vital funds to provide an exceptional player experience. Opportunities are available for Event Volunteers Team Parent, Team Manager, Assistant Coach, General Membership Committees, and the Board of Directors. For the safety of our players, all on-field volunteers must complete background checks that comply with State of Florida and Little League International standards.

Scholarships Make Little League Accessible 

Any family that may need financial assistance to help cover the cost of registration fees can count on local and national resources. The T-Mobile Little League® Call Up Grant is dedicated to helping all players experience Little League, regardless of their financial or personal situation. Locally, CWLL partners with Clearwater for Youth to offer resources for payment of Little League fees. Players must provide their own City of Clearwater Recreation Card.

To make the process smooth and efficient, please gather the following documents before you begin:

1. Birth Certificate – Take a clear photo of your player’s birth certificate to upload.

2. Medical Release Form – Print, complete, sign, and take a photo of the completed document to upload.

3. Recreation Card Receipt - Required by the City of Clearwater for all players, including those who live inside and outside Clearwater’s city limits. Card is valid through 5/18/25.

   1. Take a photo of the original purchase receipt and upload during registration. 

   2. Unincorporated players need a non-resident youth co-sponsor card, individual and family rates are available through the City.

   3. Receipts not provided by 8/3/25 will be invoiced to your online account at the unincorporated, individual player rate charged to CWLL by the City of Clearwater without exception.

   4. An out of compliance Rec Card will disqualify a player for tournament and Allstar teams.

Purchase your player’s City of Clearwater Recreation Card at one of these locations. Most have weekend or evening hours for added convenience. At this time, they are not for sale online. For more details, please visit the City’s website.

4. Proof of Address – Gather documents showing your address within the league boundaries. Make sure each document includes your full address and a recent date, then take photos of these to upload.

**What type of documents can be used? You’ll need 1 from each grouping below.

 Most people chose to provide the following combination of documents… 

If using the player’s school address for address verification. You only have 1 step: Download & Print School Enrollment, fill it out and have a School Administrator, Principal, or Vice Principal sign and take a picture of the completed form to upload.
